Cancellation Policy
At LuxeHaus Aesthetics & Wellness, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, we require notice for any changes to your appointment. Deposits • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. • Deposits go toward your final service total. • One reschedule is allowed with 48-hour notice and deposit transfer. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service total. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled. • Late arrivals are considered a same-day cancellation and will result in a 100% fee. No-Show Policy • Failure to show to your appointment without notice will result in: • 100% charge of the service total • Banned from future bookings unless balances are paid Payment Policy • Cancellation fees are automatically charged to the card on file. • By booking, you authorize LuxeHaus Aesthetics & Wellness to charge your card according to this policy. Package & Refund Policy All services, treatment packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable once purchased. Packages may be transferred to another eligible service at the provider’s discretion. If the practice relocates, clients will be notified in advance and may continue services at the new location. Concierge/mobile appointments may also be available for an additional travel fee. Unused treatments do not expire unless otherwise stated; however, refunds will not be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, relocation inconvenience, or partially used packages. Luxehaus Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
